Mumbai actress Deepika has accepted Islam

Desk: The popular TV actress of Mumbai, Deepika, has recently converted to Islam to marry her longtime boyfriend and co-actor Shoaib Ibrahim.

After conversion, he changed his name to Fija Ibrahim. According to Shoaib Ibrahim's religion, their marriage is completed according to Islamic custom. As a secular state, many religious communities live in India under one roof and many inter-marital weddings are held every year in the country. Most of these couples are seen to observe their religion without changing the religion.

However, Bollywood actress Deepika has chosen her husband Shoaib's religion as his religion.

Shoaib's childhood memorial was arranged in Bhopal's house. In addition to the Mehedi ceremony, Nikkah's ceremony and a small reception were also organized.

According to the wedding invitation card, before getting married, Deepika changed her name to Fija.

The marriage was completed on 22 February in Bhopal by a very simple ceremony, but on Tuesday, the grand reception was held in Mumbai.

It is Shoaib's first and Deepika's second marriage. Deepika married a pilot before, but divorced among them. Then this actress got involved in love with her co-actor Shoaib.

Earlier, many other actresses, including Hema Malini and Dibba Bharati, converted to Islam to marry their Muslim co-actors.
