Now I'm realizing I should have said what exactly when I responded. Kinda forgot. Mostly along the lines of actions that have been taken by suing ISIS as a scapegoat and maybe theres more to gain in keeping them around. There's more twists and turns to take on this concept.

Well this can explain why the government doesn't destroy ISIS, which it could do easily. Clinton's stated approach last night in the debate is to get muslims to kill other muslims, its very Roman.
