'Die Vulgäre Analyse' is one of the most (probably the most) popular german youtuber criticizing Islam, 3rd wave feminism and SJWs. Censorship has become RAMPANT in germany, especially through a recent law cracking down on free speech. His accounts are constantly getting deleted, even though he generates around 100k views on average. Even videos with very mild criticism will usually be removed after a few hours.
It's certainly debatable, whether showing those ISIS clips is helpful, but I think it should be available, as long as it's tagged properly.

Yes, he should. There was an audible warning at the beginning, but besides the obvious problem, that english users most likely won't be able to understand it, if you don't know his content, you might not be able to actually be aware of what he's warning about.
