The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, a UK-based observer organization, has said that a group of militant Islamic State (IS) has left the last enclave in Damascus, according to a Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.

After the militants of the Middle East-based militant groups leaving the area, it is expected that full control of the Syrian government will be established in that area, Reuters reported.

According to Reuters, the Syrian state media did not say anything about whether there was any agreement on the removal of the militants from the enclave surrounding the Yarmouk refugee camp and surrounding areas of Palestine.

On Saturday, a source from the Syrian military forces denied the news of any agreement reached.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said the IS fighters and their family members were seen entering the enclosure on Saturday night to take away the public area of the capital, the Badrinath area.

With the rescue of the enclave of Yarmouk, the Assadians will now be able to easily break the enclaves of the Western Syrian occupied by rebels.

In recent years, Damascus has captured important areas such as Enclaves and Aleppo, but areas occupied by rebels in Turkey, Iraq and Jordan are still outside the control of the Syrian forces.
