I'm boarded up for Irma

I live about 15 minutes from Daytona beach. The stores are empty and boarded up. This is life for a Floridian.

We always prepare for hurricanes by June. Flashlights, candles, batteries, non perishable foods, water, etc etc. I usually don't even get worked up about hurricanes; they're just a way of life. This one though has me a bit worried and it's the first time I've boarded up my home.

It's tracking westward now so that takes a bit of the edge off.
