Iran & Iraq please don't let your missing earthquake victims die just because the offer to help comes from Israel.

With life-sign detecting technology that works through dozens of feet of rubble, Israel has sent rescue teams to disaster zones all over the world. At the cost of the unfortunate missing, today, both Iran and Iraq have rejected Israel's offer to send these specialized disaster relief teams equipped with the "Camero" technology and requisite training.

Nov. 12, 2017, an earthquake of magnitude 7.3 hit near the border between Iran and Iraq, killing 530, with 7,460 people injured in Iran, and 8 dead, 535 injuries in Iraq, according to the NY Times, no doubt, many are still missing...

Iran and Iraq's rejection of help from Israel is the 4th story in the news video below.

After Sept. 19 2017, we saw such a team from Israel saving lives in Mexico when a 7.1 magnitude earthquake struck the central part of the country, creating a similar situation as in Iran/Iraq.
