Hi Kaith, actually it was pretty easy besides setting up my iPhone for the macro zoom. That part took a while to try and master, but over time after doing it many times over. It became second nature to me :)
The part where I got close to the dragon fly to snap it was pure luck I believe and because this particular one would land and stay on the flowers it landed on for a long time without fleeing again.
I had maybe a good minute or so to snap it each time it landed. Pure luck on that note as it was difficult in the past to capture any other dragon fly photos I managed to capture clearly. So yeah this time wasn't hard at all.
