NEUTRALITY of the network may be worse than you think, it's happening in the US and then to all countries, (mainly in Latin America)
Here in my country a long time ago wanted to limit the internet, with low data franchise and high prices. Here cable TV and look like this, the best channels so in the last plans, and logic are expensive, well expensive.

"Net neutrality (or neutrality of the Internet, or principle of neutrality) means that all the information that travels in the network must be treated in the same way, sailing at the same speed. It is this principle that guarantees free access to any kind of information on the network.

Examples of such practices include: real-time applications; diffusion of bandwidth-intensive (P2P) applications (which require more investment in the development of the network and are incompatible with the collection models of the providers); the growing use of domestic wireless networks (which allow sharing of the connection with neighbors, reducing providers' revenues). In order to protect their economic interests, many ISPs have introduced practices that users find illegal or harmful to the future of the Internet, especially traffic shaping. ISPs try to prevent users from using wireless routers, use VOIP, and file-sharing programs. In addition, some ISPs block access to certain sites and filter out emails that contain criticism about them.
