Is Ionomy Really A Good Wallet?

I thought Ionomy was going to be my only shot at getting my Steem and SBD out of Steemit. I opened an account and transferred my Crypto over there...

And then, something happened and they attached my email to a different guy's wallet and my wallet to this other guys email.

For the last 4 days I have been working with Colin at ionomy trying to get this straightened out - and he STILL asked me to send him an email from the other guy's email address today -

So all my Steem and SBD is in someone else's hands. With no answer in sight.
