Invox Finance's decentralized platform allows dynamic invoices to be created on a distributed ledger, benefiting all parties from an increase in trust, transparency, efficiency, and security with minimum fees. Invoice fragmentation allows investors to spread their risk across invoices, allowing for very low-risk investments with maximum returns.
ABR will also be the first client of Invox Finance, which allows multiple sellers and buyers to test Invox Finance Platform with ABR Finance as a reputable investor.
What is Billing Finance?
Traditional invoice financing is based on the purchase of invoice financiers from the seller.
In return, the financiers agree to advance the money to the seller against each invoice. Buyers who buy products from the seller must pay the bill directly to the investor.
Main Attributes
Lower rates for sellers
Sellers may obtain financing at lower interest rates than they normally receive from a traditional financier.
New investment opportunity for investors
As of now, most of the investments made in the financing of invoices are made by large bank organizations. The invox financing platform will allow all types of investors to make investments in case of invoice financing.
Dynamic invoice
Blockchains allow the blocks that represent invoices to be deployed and tamper proof. This allows all bookkeeping participants to see the status of the invoice with respect to time. All the information, such as the invoice verification status, the advances made against the invoices and the payments received will be stored securely in the chain of blocks. They will also ensure that the information stored in the book is transparent, reliable and secure.
Smart Contract Loan
Smart contracts will be responsible for directing funds from one party to another when their conditions are met. The terms and conditions of the loan will be codified in the intelligent contracts, providing all participants with the certainty that their terms and conditions will be enforced.
Objetives
We plan to destroy and revolutionize the traditional financial account industry by implementing a global, distributed peer-to-peer platform called Invox Finance.
This platform completely eliminates the need for the financier to participate in the connection of companies that wish to accelerate their cash flow by selling their invoices directly to investors who wish to finance these invoices.

Disadvantages of Invox
No direct contact:
The financier has no relationship with the buyer, which places a significant risk on the financier.
Invalid invoices:
A seller may issue an invoice for an incomplete service or product that does not meet the requirements.
High legal costs:
The preparation and execution of legal documents is costly and usually involves third-party providers.
Misleading actions:
The seller and buyer can conspire to deceive the financier. Or the seller may break your agreement and request a direct payment.
Disputes:
The buyer may defy the responsibility of payment and leave the other parties out of his pocket, jeopardizing his reputation.
Insolvency.
The buyer may become insolvent and cannot pay the invoices, forcing the other parties to tolerate the loss of funds.
