Has maidsafe done anything? That project wasn't doing much last time I looked into them.
They release Fleming soon... which they claim solves fully asynch consensus without any of the usual compromises from blockchain trilemma. Need to see and field test their PARSEC consensus in a working product really. If it works it seems better than CASPER and ETH stack (filecoin etc) attempt at web 3.0 imo. Big fekin 'IF' though!
