SBD Investment Opportunity Update

Further to my earlier post there is enough interest in this scheme for me to launch a 2 month trial.

I have opened the account @stimp-bank which will be used solely for this purpose.

The trial was officially to start next week 20th July, however if anybody wishes to start this week they can do so, but funds must be deposited before Midnight on the 13th July, I will pay interest on or before the next week deadline.

Trial Ends

The minimum deposit is 50 SBD and I will pay 3% interest weekly for the duration of the loan. Interest will be paid in Steem at the Bittrex rate at the time of payment.

I will choose two accounts or more every two weeks in which the loan will be liquidated, the full amount and interest will be paid back in Steem at the Bittrex rate at the time of liquidation. It will be up to the lender to reinvest SBD if they wish to continue in the scheme. Liquidation will occur on the Last Wednesday of each 2 week cycle, interest will be paid for the full week, ie there will be no loss of interest.

Those who deposit more than 50 SBD I will only liquidate 50 SBD, the rest will be left on loan. Again it will be up to the lender to reinvest if they so wish.

Liquidation will be rotated among lenders and will occur every two weeks, a full schedule of loans in place and what accounts have had SBD liquidated for Steem will be posted @stimp-bank.

After the two month period, if the scheme seems viable it will continue, if it does not continue then all loans plus interest will be paid back to the lenders and the scheme closed.

I have had some large sums wanting to invest and the original idea was to limit this to 20 lenders of 50 SBD. The maximum amount likely ever required will be 5000 SBD, this is the upper limit. If this maximum is reached any further investors will be placed onto a waiting list until a spot becomes available.

I will commit to running the scheme for the two months trial, however after this period, if it continues I reserve the right to terminate the scheme at anytime if it is not profitable for me to run, if that happens all loans and Interest will be paid back to the lenders.
