Investment- A crucial skill but absent in the educational system!

There are many improvements needed in our educational system. But one thing must be included- Investment. At every point in our lives, we have to take this crucial decision. But the reality is as we are not aware of this and know a little, it becomes very hard to take an investment decision.

Most of the education system around the world does not include investment skill in the study. Though they try to cover financial management, that is not enough if you observe. this is a huge lacking and this one thing is hampering in our lives every day. Just see, how many times we have to take this crucial decision in our lives. I mean maybe in every financial decision it's an investment decision, actively or passively.

Is not it like, a whole generation is growing up without knowing the real terms of investment? And we are putting them in this corporate, marketing, consumeristic society, where they have to go through so many different investment choices. So the solution is, we have to take action to make a generation fit in this modern world.

We can actively force the educational board/authority to include the 'Investment topic' on education from the primary level. Like how to make a financial decision, how to invest, what factors have to chack, how to invest risk-free (this is an endless list). Including it in the primary level will help the kids to understand better how the financial world actually works, but it should be compatible with their level of understanding.

Second thing, I believe teaching our offspring can help. Not only financial management but also about investment, where to invest, how to take investment decisions is also important.

The world is running fast. The more we focus on creating an adoptive generation the better it is for us all. Why should we put our kids in front of a world, who they don't know? And as the investment decision is one of the vital and involves many other things, so there is no way of passing by this problem. That's why I believe this thing should be included in the education system and we should focus on teaching our kids this crucial skill.
