Why is the crypto industry banned?

in #investment6 years ago (edited)

Speaking about the ban, we mean the ban of direct advertising.

In the absence of a certain legislative framework, Internet giants like Google or Facebook are reinsured and avoid possible charges from regulators, in case of fraudulent schemes.

Undoubtedly, such actions are aimed equally at protecting both users and themselves. At the moment both blockchainprojects and ICO, and sites like Google and Facebook are forced to maneuver in the absence of a certain, adequate legislative framework. In fact, to date, there are no specific prohibitions on regulators, either at the international level, or even more so in specific countries. And there is no legal justification for banning financial instruments. That's why the Internet giants are forced to navigate in the dusk and protect both their backs and their users. Therefore, you can not see direct advertising of similar projects.

It is worth noting that not only crypto-currency projects fall under the ban - earlier in history, forex brokers, pharmaceutical companies, and gambling were also banned.

Summing up the whole situation, we can draw the following conclusion: this is a very useful scam filter for fast-growing and powerfully developing cryptoeconomics.41900283_255406975179675_8859688933672353792_n.jpg
