In the 54-page report "Digital Tulips. Profit of investors from primary placements of coins" was analyzed by 4003 ICOs, which took place from January 2017 and totaled $ 12 billion. The specialists followed the courses of tokens at different times.

According to the study, on average, the price of the coin in the period between the end of the ICO and the first day of listing on the crypto-exchange, which was about two weeks, rose by 179%. Even taking into account the fact that investors lose money, if the Crypto-currency does not enter the trading floor within 60 days after the completion of tokensale, the investor still receives about 82% of the profit.
