Beauty in the Tank for Fish Hobbyist #31 : HB Pastel Red Green Blue (Pure Strain)
Based on my experience as I've bought one HB red guppy, to preserve the beauty of the males when it comes to its fins and tail, without any damage or bite marks, it must be separated from female guppies. During mating season, they tend to be aggressive which leads to fights between male guppies and the cuts to its fins. If you wish to join competitions and showcased your guppy with its beautiful fantail like a mermaid, then avoid such occasion.
