Market Overview.
The market experienced another hack yesterday with reported $30M worth of Ether stolen due to a bug in parity wallet, some of the affected coins experienced losses after the announcement. Details below. Now to the numbers, the market applied some brakes, after it peaked at $86.45B it slowed down (expectedly) shaving $4.408B a 5.21% decline to close(GMT+1) at $80.157B, while volume traded also declined by 19.29% with investors committing $4.743B. In today's trading, I expect the slow down to continue except we get some positive news from the market in these uncertain times. The question is does Bitcoin have the momentum to change the market's direction with the confusion over August 1st. A total of 811 cryptocurrencies, 175 Assets, and 4,610 market pairs were traded. Bitcoin's market dominance increased by a significant 2.3% to 47% of the total market cap.

Once again we have an all negative board as the market slows down, with IOTA taking the biggest loss of 15% while Dash in its never ending battle of supremacy over Nem XEM swapped positions, with Dash winning this round to claim the No. 7 spot. All other coins on the board held on to their positions. I think that if we do not record growth in today's trading then we all have to brace up for another RED weekend. The top Ten cryptos combined market cap dived by 5.21% to close at $70.089B controlling 87.44% of the total market capitalization a negligible decline from previous day's 87.75%, while the remaining cryptos retain 12.56%.

Guys, let's welcome our debutant Qtum to the board with a 42.93% growth in investors appetite, it claimed the No.9 spot deposing Dash and evicting Zcash ZEC from the board, now the question, is Qtum visiting or here to stay? find out tomorrow. The big one Tether USDT moved up 2 steps swapping places to claim No.4 spot deposing Ripple XRP who lost a whopping 128% of its previous trading volume with an attendant 11% loss in market cap. We also saw EOS swapping places with Bitshares BTS claiming the No.7 spot, the board recorded negative growth in volume save Qtum. I noticed Ethereum ETH has in the last 4 consecutive days led this board and increasing its hold every passing day, 48% just 2% shy of half of the market volume was traded in Ethereum ETH what is going on?. Observing the dominant pairs, Tether USDT had ETH/USDT pair dominate unlike its usual BTC/USDT, the Asians are still in control. Our top 10's combined volume was $4.42B a massive 93.21% of total volume traded a decrease from previous day's 95.54% leaving the remaining cryptos with 6.79% of investors attention.

I don't get your comment but Just like i said except some news happens the mkt was going to be dull. Well support for segwit2x crossed 80% and the mkt has reacted with BTC crossing 2700usd i will advise caution and more research, am learning that it still doesn't stop jihan from forking.
