The CIA is really there to protect the wealthy and powerful from collapsing. They will stop at nothing to prevent #pizzagate from catching on, because the entire power structure that protects all the corruption in the world will fall apart immediately.
It was also the CIA that took Kanye West to a hospital for a mental health evaluation when he mentioned #pizzagate at one of his concerts. This was of course to discredit him.
If authorities arrest all of them, it would collapse the state with it and trigger a civil war, so they can't really do something big, they must act progressively. But at least we can see that the FBI is arresting quite a lot of "low-level" paedophile and some "high-level" people involved in the pizzagate scandal.
