RE: My initial investigation how I am doing it... (and a public apology)

in #investigation7 years ago

Every time I used it I put it in quotes as I was using a term as OTHER people had stated it. I actually don't care so much about the fact people were in the right place at the right time. I like NinjaMine though.

Sort:

I think I've always been aware that pre-mined is incorrect, but I didn't realise how emotive a term in was, perhaps with legitimate reasons. What strikes me now that all the alternative prefixes to mine don't really escape the problem: they are all verb or verb-like. Could I suggest early whales, or even The April Whales, as a better reference? What is interesting is not how they became whales, but how they have acted since, and IMHO @berniesanders is way in credit. @dan is not.

The April Whales

I like that term.

April is the cruelest month, breeding
steem out of the dead code, mining
nodes on the blockchain, ...

The (T)ides of March!

Is flashmine the same thing?

No clue. Sorry I don't know the answer to that.
