The Ethereum virtual machine allows you to make decisions collectively according to the principles of an autonomous decentralized organization (DAO), i.e. Voting using smart contracts.

Blockchain, in turn, guarantees the protection of real estate from unauthorized access. At its core, Blockchain is a database of transactions or transactions (between two or more parties) that are divided into separate blocks (blocks of information about the seller, the buyer, the price, the terms of the transaction, etc.). Each block is checked and approved by the system using an encryption mechanism, which verifies the signatures of the parties and other information about the transaction. The transaction is confirmed if the result is the same for all node blocks and added to the chain of previous transactions.

In addition, due to the implementation of Blockchain technology, it was possible to release ATLANT from intermediaries - between the parties there are established P2P or peer-to-peer relations, which means that commission fees charged from the lessee and the lessor are significantly reduced. It is known, for example, that the leader in the short-term lease market, Airbnb, charges a commission of up to 12% from guests and up to 3% from home owners. Similarly, the company Booking and Expedia take a commission of 15% to 30% from their affiliated hotels.

Moreover, the Blockchain technology does not allow placing false reviews on the ATLANT platform or overestimation of ratings as on centralized services, because this option is available only to those users who are direct participants in the transaction.

And now about the main advantage of ATLANT, about tokenization. Instead of venture capital investments and share issues, the platform uses the financial model of crypto financing (ICO, the initial offering of coins) to attract capital.

Tokenizatsiya property rights can improve the liquidity of the market by simplifying transactions with real estate and more transparent pricing.

Operations on the platform are performed using the main tokens that have the abbreviation "ATL".
