WHO IS INTROVERT????

An introvert is a person who tends to be more focused on their inner thoughts and feelings rather than seeking external stimulation. They often find social interactions draining and recharge by spending time alone or in quiet environments. Introverts typically prefer deep, meaningful conversations over small talk and may feel overwhelmed or exhausted by large groups or highly stimulating situations. This personality trait is part of a spectrum, and introverts can still enjoy social activities, but they usually need time alone to regain their energy.

An introverted teenager facing difficulties often experiences a unique set of challenges. Social situations can feel overwhelming, leading to anxiety and a strong desire to retreat into solitude. This can make it difficult to form friendships and participate in group activities, which are crucial during adolescence. They might struggle with expressing their feelings and thoughts, resulting in misunderstandings with peers and family members. Additionally, the pressure to conform to societal expectations of being outgoing and sociable can exacerbate their sense of isolation and self-doubt. It's essential for parents, teachers, and peers to offer understanding, patience, and support to help introverted teenagers navigate these challenges and develop confidence in their individuality.

Introverts tend to be introspective, valuing depth over breadth in relationships and experiences. They are often more comfortable with a small group of close friends rather than large social gatherings and may excel in solitary or focused tasks. Their internal world is rich and complex, often leading them to be creative and thoughtful

I myself am an introvert To me i feel extremely shy talking to someone...i think people will not consider me an appropriate person... I'll do sth foolishly I'll make blunders so i find refuge in hiding from social gatherings ..plus i also find it creepy some random desi auntiea keeping an eye on you rather they have no personal affair with me or my activities..like in my gym i don't like it when aunties used to ask me unnecessary questions or they may noticing my exercise routine isn't it creepy
