Steemit introduction.... your first post.

Hello my steemit people

I'm writing this post because a new friend of mine joined steemit.

The question today is, how to get started on steemit?

First of all I want to say that steemit is having problems with approving new accounts so please be patient. Your first post should be a introduction post of yourself.

Write a post where you tell us a bit about yourself and what you want to accomplish on steemit. Tell us what the main focus of your content will be!!

Make a poster about A4 size, write on the poster your username. Example @superday and the date.Take a picture with this poster and upload it to your introduction posts. this is steemit tradition. Check this pretty picture that i stole as an example.

Give your post an amazing heading and use only 4 tags, steemit allows you to use 5 but I read on another post that using all 5 the tags can cause your post to be seen less.
On your first post you can use the hashtags
Introduction, introduceyourself, newbie and steemit.............

On every post it is best to let a friend know that you post it. Your friend should then resteem that post. Resteem is the same as sharing a post on Facebook.

Steemit has a mobile app for Android called Esteem. This is for people who want to check on their steamit posts and claim rewards in the wallet. I recommend that you post on your PC, it is much easier.

Don't ever lose your passwords, it is the first rule of steemit. Make some friends and regularly catch up on their posts.
