Introductory Post

Hello world of blockchain,

In the way of introduction, here are some facts about this person:
My name is San Findee.
I was born in Dohuk, Iraq in 1973.
I moved to the United States in 1996.
I graduated from Indiana University (IUPUI) in Indianapolis, IN - psychology major.
I now reside and work (translator) in the greater Washington DC area.
My passion is in complexity theory (complex adaptive systems/decentralized systems/self-organized systems - and by extension: free markets and classical liberalism).
For a while now I have been totally consumed by the blockchain technology - I think the world is already changing because of it.
I have never been on social media before, but this platform is different: It has built-in incentives that will make participants treat their words, and their content in general with seriousness and civility.
If something like Wikipedia, a half decentralized, incentive-less media became what it now is, imagine Steemit!
