Marriage in India is a very pious relationship. According to cultural values, this institution must be respected. But at the same time Rape is a heinous crime that haunts the serious for the rest of their lives.

· No matter what the situation is, no woman ever should be subjected to sexual assault against her will.
· Marriage while being institutionalized legal relationship is & cannot be a license to commit a crime
· A Woman’s dignity must be protected by her husband if he truly respects the institution of marriage.
