INTERNATIONAL DISABLED DAY CELEBRATION

The Special Education Program is a friendly educational system to cater to the need of children with special needs. One of the celebrations being honored the uniqueness as an individual by giving them the opportunity to showcase their talents, skills and abilities like in singing. Let us join them in societal activities to give importance who they are! Let us extend to them our emphatic heart as part in our undertakings. This celebration was sponsored by the Cotabato City government to uplift their well-being and social endeavors.
