Been on Twitter for a while. Got too chaotic & disrespectful there so I left and never looked back. Been trying various social media platforms the past few months looking for something different. Currently, I send a good amount of time on Cent (link: https://beta.cent.co/@erixink ). I am Husband, Father, Welder, Deep Thinker, Lover of Science, History, Movies, Art, & Philosophy. I'm tempted to ask how long you've been a welder, what fields of science do you enjoy, and many more questions but the fun of our platform is learning about each other through each post. We encourage everyone to explore the various posts and to leave personal comments on those that you wish (for example - thoughts regarding the content or a sharing of a similar experience you've had). This platform thrives through interaction as it's the best way to build relationships with other Steemians while finding communities and initiatives that peak your interests.
We like to advise bloggers to cite if images, videos, etc. used in their posts are of their own creation. This practice gives the creators an opportunity to have it clearly labeled that the works portrayed are the rightful property of the party posting it.
Another tip that we share with everyone is to be careful of copyright infringement when using material that is not of their original creation. Content (for example - images from a website) that grants permission for reuse is acceptable for content creators to utilize within their posts provided there is appropriate attribution to the source. Hello & Thanks for the warm welcome. To answer a few of your inquiries, I am a father of a 14 yr old daughter & recently became the stepfather of a 7 yr old boy with autism. I started welding at age of 11 but have only been doing it professionally for about 10yrs. I am mostly fascinated by cosmology, physics, astronomy, basically any science looking for a complete understanding of the underlying nature & structure of the universe. It’s a noble pursuit that can benefit humanity & provide answers to our most longstanding questions. Thank you for the resources & I will definitely put them to use. I’m glad I found SteemIt & am a quick learner. I can see me spending increasingly more time here.

My pleasure. Advice would be don't comment back here you are losing posting power. RC. Download discord and ask questions there. The guys and gals are very supportive. Check my blog I posted on my account for mention of other dapps. But get your RC back to full don't vote on comments here now and follow one a day not 50 at once😉. I also learnt the hard way. I use @partiko to post my blog here. There loads of other info so visit @discord where you don't lose bandwidth for asking. Just sharing that in case you didn't know. Ask away if you want more info
