RE: Hello Steemit.
:) The observer? Their perspective, maybe? Oh, it wasn't a question, per se ha, ha, ha. Indeed, what else does one require?

of course, of course - you are right in both respects ;-)
I had a rememory this morning and thought of this post. In particular the perspective/observer aspect and the creation of 'the piece'.
I've always liked words and wordsmithery and I used to say that I paint pictures with words. I don't think it's an original thing, but the details of writing a piece, or constructing it, is akin to the application of oil to canvas or pencil to paper, in that you have a picture in your mind or a concept that you wish to share and portray, but more importantly, you want the observer to empathise.
Your aim is to swap places with the observer. To stand above, almost as if out of the body, observing the observer being the concept guardian. Observing the observer being you. It is a most underrated artform and yet communication is the key to all art. Communicating one's thoughts, feelings, desires and perceptions in a picture..... or within a paragraph?
I also used to say, "If a face could paint a thousand words, how does it hold the brush?"
Just a thought :).
