My dreams on Steem and in real life - changes ahead
Since I started blogging on Steemit 5 months ago, I have been unemployed. I did not want to do the job that a brainwashed monkey can do and hoping for overtime to get a bit more every month. I had enough. I just could not find my dreams in the UK. I felt squeezed. I have found a lot of walls and stupid excuses. After being here for nearly 7 years I decided to go home to Hungary and get a decent job. I am an educated marketing manager and what I did here? Delivery, hotel and waiter jobs. I did marketing and website development for myself.
My self-esteem was on the floor for too long. After I quit I found Bitcoin and steemit.com. I gave it a chance and it gave me a purpose. I love street art and Bristol is the place to be. So I started making photos all over the city. And I enjoyed it. I haven't made much money here yet, but I had been blogging for 5 years for free, It is much better here but I am still waiting for the whales to make some waves.
I usually do not write about myself because I find more interesting things on the streets. This year I travelled quite a lot and made a lot of photos that you can find here.
So as time passed I realized I didn't want to go back to some low skilled job while I could go to an office at home and use my brain. Blogging gave me back my will power and all the exciting news in the blockchain world gave some hope in the future .
I always was around online and this new platform is exciting while we can see it grow. I am a blogger again. So far full time. What a life! :)
I would like to get a job as a project assistant and learn my way up. Currently I am studying Prince2 and thanks to steem I have an interest in SQL and data visualization. It is quite a lot at once but I try project management first and SQL for fun.
So soon I go to Morocco for 3 weeks before moving home at Christmas, I will clear my mind and during January I finish my studies. Hopefully I will get a nice job in Budapest and working online. Probably you will see more pictures from that beautiful city.
It was a lot of fun here promoting steemit with @starkerz and meeting with @stephenkendal but I am sure I will see these guys again on a conference. I would like to thank them for the support.
And I have found love therefore I might travel to the countryside a lot, so more pictures for you about Hungary.
I will keep on blogging here and hoping for the best and working for it.
@zoltanbristol
i hope it works well for you.
I'm data analyst and i could say that being just a smart guy with sql and excel could definitely bring food on your table as many companies small and big, need these skills nowadays.
Learning python helps too.
Cheers and good luck with your path.
my upvotes, @bronevik
Thanks, that is what I think too, some side money. I am more interested in project management, I like to see developing new things and discussing it with the people. Administration is ok for me. I might hve some questions for you in the future :)
