Welcome to the platform, tagging me in your first post is no way to gain positive attention... an introduction post IMO has some fundamental requirements!

picture of you holding a Steemit or in this case Partiko logo with the date
explanation of who you are and what your about
reflections on what to expect from your content creation

It is meant to be a introduction of you and who you are, what value you add to the platform, not just a plea for support!

I would also suggest trying to interact with these people gaining their appreciation before tagging, I have seen newbies flagged for making posts constantly tagging begging for support.
