Here we go again - usual Monday morning at my gym
Good morning from GrandBlue - Fitness & Massage,
after a break of some weeks because of a sickness I started this morning with some exercises at my No.1 fitness center, located inside the GrandBlue - Beachclub & Resort area here at Laem Maephim Beach, Klaeng, Thailand.

The fitness center here at GrandBlue is not so big, but well sorted with an excellent flair. I love to go there early in the morning, mostly I can do my workout alone with a wonderful view to the pool and the beach. Great location!
Directly from the fitness center leads to a terrace overlooking the beach and the pool of the complex. GrandBlue was my very first station on Laem Maephim, I spent a week of memorable holidays there. That was also the decisive factor for my move to Klaeng, and of course that my girlfriend lives here in Klaeng, hehehe.
Yoga and gymnastics courses are offered on the beautiful outdoor terrace, and sunshades can be used to enjoy various massages or simply relax.
The steak restaurant "Buffalo Bill", a top place with various steaks, European and Thai dishes is also located in the area, just a few meters from the fitness center.
Yes so my normal monday began, 5.30am getting up, Steemit, twitter, facebook mails check, coffee, shower, first Steemit post, fitness, 2nd Steemit post, breakfast. Let's see what else this rainy Monday has to offer ...
You should be grateful for every minute you spend in life and make good use of it.

Well Mr Tom that is certainly looking like one dam nice beautiful place to take a work out awesome. I recently started the Gym but it does n't quite match the style here brilliant :)
