I am Megan and I freakin L O V E yoga. From owning a yoga studio to teaching workshops and classes, I have learned that in a world that is getting increasingly less peaceful, it is imperative that we have the tools to know how to calm down, gain peace, and regroup. Thats why I love yoga. It has been a tool to help me do just that. It can do the same for you. And lets be real, I just can't shut up about it so I made this account and eventually a podcast so I can do what I do best.. talk haha!
