It's been two months and almost 80 posts since i started using steemit and i finally sat down to write my introduction post.

My name is Ivaylo Bochev, but everyone who knows me calls me Ivo. I'm from Sofia, Bulgaria and i'm 24 years old. I have a bachelors degree in Advertising and in Graphic Design. I'm interested in art, music, philosophy and tech and everything else our interesting world has to offer.

This is my best animal friend - Sonic. Despite what people say about the Siamese breed, he is one of the most peaceful animals I've seen.

Right now i'm working only for the company i created with a friend of mine, two years ago. Before that i worked for 2 years as an account manager in a big Bulgarian advertising agency, where i got much of my experience. When i was 12, my parents set me up in a computer repair store, where i received most of my knowledge in that area. I've also worked on construction sites and in two Bulgarian TV stations. As a professional in the advertising business i have learned a lot about marketing and psychology and i will definitely share some of my knowledge here.


One of the other projects i'm working on is a clothing brand for streewear The Missing Link. It's a project that Lubomir Petrov started and since then him and i and 2 more friends are working on it. Last year we successfully presented our second collection of clothes in one of the big streetwear stores in Sofia -Blok Shop. It's something i really enjoy being a part of and i hope this year will be even better than the last one.

Since i was little i was always training something - swimming, karate, volleyball, sport shooting, tae-kwon do, but since i was 14 i started training Aikido. Right now i'm visiting our club with my dear friends Georgi @dysfunctional and Theodor @j3dy. It's been a long way for me and out of all the things in my life, i can say for certain that training made me better, both physically and mentally. I have great interest in philosophy, both eastern and western. I believe it is something we can use to better our mental state, and to help us better ourselves.

I've always loved art, but only when i started university i began to understand the essence of the images the artists created. I studied classic art, semiotics - the symbolism of the images, several types of psychology, aesthetics and my amazing and inspiring teachers from New Bulgarian University made me see a whole new universe.

One of the things i find amazing in nature is it's geometry. We can see it in both micro and macro structures and i'm really fascinated with the efficiency of nature. I started drawing symmetric art when i was still in school, not paying attention to my biology teacher. :D

After a while i started to attempt to imitate nature in my symmetry drawings. With enough effort and patience i am certain i will be able to improve myself in that area.

I am mainly taking nature shots and i still have much to learn but i hope you enjoy some of the pictures i have taken.

Music

Love it - each and every kind of music. The feeling that a song contains is what makes me appreciate it so i find good music in every genre. Last year i visited the Untold music festival in Romania with my friend @kei.higher where we had an amazing adventure. I already have the tickets for Untold 2018 and i'm already way too excited. I will definitely document it and share it here.

I've already made some tutorial posts for photoshop/illustrator and i intend to make more. I will be glad to create a tutorial from your requests. I've tried out Utopian and i intend to continue using it. It's a nice platform and i suggest you give it a shot. I will update my profile frequently with new topics, to keep it interesting.
