Well done, but don't ask for votes, it's not the done thing here on steemit and will put people off. Write posts of worth, add an image and reply to people that leave a comment on your post. At first just write every day and don't worry about money, that will come in time. You have to build a following first and then your popularity rises; it's a bit like give to get. Good luck...
