Your presentation is really interesting. I feel very identified. I'm a medical student too. I'm much into fitness world, as much as the hospital let me jajaja. I'm trying to take care of me, because in my family we also have a lot of difficult record of horrible diseases as cancer for example.

Sorry for the late replies. I think there are a lot of topics that both of us can relate pretty well. The hospital took our day and night cycles so our schedule is pretty much hostile for fitness activities to happen hahaha. Anxiety kills our performance, that's true. I'm going to follow you too.
