Hello, from Cambodia. My name is Violet. I am a 9 years old Australian kid that has been living in Cambodia since I was 3 years old, with my big, giant family of 7 people.

Here is a picture of my family (but not my big brother) at a big Halloween party held each year in Siem Reap, where we live. We dressed as smurfs lol. It is one of my favorite pictures.

I have just gotten into crypto and am excited to be doing this as a kid. Imagine all the crypto knowledge I could have by the time I am an adult. I just got my first ever coin. 1 million of them, in NYC coin. I received from a kind person Sami who is excited to have met a kid who is into crypto and NYC coin and said kids are the future. I was so excited and my 5 brothers and sisters are so jealous. Imagine if that coin hits 1USD when I grow up! CRAZY!!

I also love playing Roblox, Minecraft and love using LIT to earn a little crypto for sharing pics of my day.

I plan on writing about things I like to do, and the things I learn about crypto. So more kids can understand the basics and we can grow together and learn more from each other. I am so excited to be here.

I cannot wait to get to know you all more and see what I can learn along the way. I hope you like my introductory post and hope to connect with everyone :)

    1. Keep your passwords safe: Unlike conventional sites, Steemit has 4 types of passwords. Each offers varying degrees of access to your account, so know where and when to use each of them. Also, make sure to keep them all safe and secure.
    2. Get Steem rewards: When writing a post, you'll have the option to choose how to receive your reward: "Default 50%/50%" or "Power Up 100%". As of this moment, choosing Default 50%/50% is the better option. But this can change over time. Check our post to know more.
    3. Upvote wisely: When upvoting, wait at least 30 minutes after the post is published to maximize your curation reward. Also, make sure not to upvote too much too fast so as not to drain your voting power.
    4. Know your Steem, Steem Dollars and Steem Power: Steem and Steem Dollars are the 2 main currencies here. Convert and power up more Steem into Steem Power so you can have higher values on your upvotes.

    It's nice to see you here. But at the same time, it's sad to see that you are still 9 just kidding cuz we run a community on Steemit which is made for the teenagers on Steemit. You still have 4yrs to become a teen, right?
