You are ahead of me. I've never made falafel, but I love it. I'm a classically trained pastry chef turned plant based food blogger. I love it so far.
Im hoping at some point you will post a recipe for Veggie/Vegan sushi rolls i've made my own but they never taste the same as in the restaurant.
I've never made them, but I actually have been wanting to do a recipe for them. I have one that uses quinoa, but haven't tried it out yet. All my recipes come with How To videos to make it all easy to grasp. :)
