Trip Longer : Tales from Two Multidisciplinary Fun Havers

My name is Ali B and I make up one part of Trip Longer, a collective of multidisciplinary fun havers on a mission to change the world by getting outside and spreading good vibes.

Trip Longer has evolved into a team of outdoor explorers, flow state hunters and cannabis enthusiasts that roots itself in the radtastic worlds of skateboard and snowboard goodness with a healthy mix of riding bikes, running trails and quite generally, having a blast.

After loading up only the essential adventure utensils on our badass Surly Disc Trucker touring bikes three summers back, my partner Matt and I set out for an incredible and challenging, fully self propelled, cannabis infused cross Canada cycling trip that would see us saddle more than 8500kms across this magical land.

Four months and so much fun and freedom later, the trajectory of our beings was forever changed and we felt drawn, deep in our cores, to get a little bit louder about our lifestyle and start speaking up about the positive influence that cannabis use had had (and continues to have) on our athletic pursuits, our mental well-being and our spiritual growth.

Fast forward three years and we find ourselves eyeballs deep in the wildly exciting shift of the cannabis revolution in Canada. And while the changing legal landscape has started to lessen the deeply entrenched stereotypes surrounding cannabis use and users, we feel that now more than ever our message needs to be heard.

We've been using quality cannabis flower, extracts, concentrates and edibles as supportive tools to help us on our journey towards peak performance, self optimization, actualization and a balanced way of life. Let me say, it has been super great!

Trip Longer is on a mission to share our cannabis infused lifestyle choices, experiences, advice, adventures, trail maps, products, reviews and visual storytelling content with the Steemit community to help educate, motivate and elevate your being.

But we are also jazzed to promote an active, outdoor lifestyle that encourages people, people just like you, to get up, get outside and get moving because we know from experience that it will make your life better (and when you feel better, everything else feels better too).
