Hey fellow Steemit users! I'd like to take the chance to introduce myself!
I have been searching for answers my entire life. Answers to questions such as why I (or as a matter of fact, anyone else) is here, or questions like what the purpose of my own existence is. I am 24 years old and have struggled with crippling depression, anxiety, drug addiction, and severe OCD for most of that time. Battling these illnesses has hopefully made me a stronger person. I have an incredible support system in my friends and family. Without them, I doubt I would be alive today, which is what brings me to Steemit!!!
I have joined Steemit so that others, who have or are struggling with similar issues, have the opportunity to reach out and talk to someone who has been through the shit. Hopefully, with this account I can help at least one other person in the same boat that I am in. Life is not always easy, and for some of us, it is never easy... That is why I want to hear your stories as well as share mine and offer input so that together, we can work on making our lives GREAT! So if you are struggling with ANYTHING and feel you are alone in this world, know that you have someone to talk to in me!

I know that steemit may seem very overwhelming to you right now but don't worry. There's a learning curve to everything so just be patient and you'll be churning out posts and becoming a part of something great in no time!
