Yeah, I'm also a shy introvert with no friends. I usually occupy my time reading all day. A few months ago my therapist said I should try to interact with people more, and suggested blogging. That's something I'm not very comfortable with either. Did I mention I also have social phobia, as well...

Oh yeah. I know that feeling. Sometimes blogging and writing things down is helpful for me. Honestly, I started cross stitch and embroidery to combat my anxiety and give my hands/brain something to do that isn't thinking about how everything will go wrong.
