Hi guys this acct. Has been design mainly to help the newbies stay encouraged and keep working or active on steemit.

It so sad and discouraging that after making a very nice post/ blog. You hardly get 5upvote alot of newbies think steemit is not for them when they tries it and didn't work the way they expect or the way they are seeing it working for other.

That why i have come up with this idea of helping each others, with this ideolagy you can start making some cool cash ($100 approximately)in your first week of joining steemit. YES! YOU HEARD HE RIGHT!!, 100$ in first week.

Now this is the working plan> our team target is 300 people, so if you join my team you will get 300people to upvote your post once a week.

2; if you just join steemit new then you need to buy at-least 5steem and then power up your acct. Because you need to power up, so your vote will have exfect on a post you upvote. But dont worry your 5steem is not been shorten it still remain thesame value and u can power down and withdraw it when u want.
