Looking for Followers and upvoters

Hello Steemians,

I came here to share my life with people from across the world.

Few posts down the line, there have been no interest and I see for myself that more than anything else, there are only a handful of steem bloggers doing good with their posts and most of them are lurking around for an upvote.

Not really sure how this thing is working. Anybody out here can help?
