Caleb/Toby, my advice is to learn everyday!

Practice your writing, give thoughtful comments to others, watch videos/read learning posts.

When you have something good to say, something to share write a post, write as well as you possibly can. Learn from other users.

Don't be impatient, you will not make lots of money this week, this month...It takes time, as you get better, you will start to earn rewards and as you grow the rewards come faster and easier.

The only way you can lose is if you don't learn and don't try to get better or if you leave.
