MYSELF AND MY FAMILY

Life is truly not a bed of roses like I have always heard and now I have confirmed it.
Hey, my name is Akinyele Ibukunoluwa, i am 18 years of age am the second child of five (5) and the first daughter, where do I start from life has been so unfair, this thing I don’t know called life has brought me from grace to grass in just a twinkle of an eye.

My Dad Mr Akinyele James who is sailor stopped been on board when I was in senior secondary school one. Before then, things were smooth, we usually have balanced diet, in fact it was always three square meal, the appetizer main dish and dessert. Myself and my siblings were in one of the best school in Lagos Until one day, my Dad came home from a one week sailing work that earned him little, and ever since then no work as come up for him, it been three years now and I can’t place my hand on what went wrong in our lives, all because my dad hasn’t worked for three years wine became water and sweet became sour,

My mum Mrs Akinyele Grace on the other hand was a full house wife well taken care of by my father before he stopped sailing has now become someone who sells zobo and kunu just to provide food on our table.

My elder brother just admission into the university to study law, and he hustle to take care of himself , has for me, I cant even afford to take Jamb, because we are low on funds I really wonder how am going to make ends meat, this word is indeed harder for those who have tasted smooth before.

My younger ones are at home still in secondary school. I really hope things would get better before they are done with secondary school. Lets put that aside

WHY I JOINED STEEMIT

I joined steemit because I feel it is a great opportunity for me to express myself and learn more about a lot of things and because I needed something to be busy with until I can finally afford Jamb registration fee
