I know about the Dubli thing. Yeah, not pretty. But also not exactly his fault.
Ripoff Report is itself a scammy operation, shaking down targets to pay and have content removed. Powerful SEO with those guys, but not strong on integrity.
Your third link is Dubli again.
As far as the exit line goes, kinda seems to be the case.
