Hello steemians, i am new here that makes me a minnow but the people that are behind me are not minnows they have spent some times as part of steemit.

So in a way am not totally new but my reputation says otherwise so in a way am still a minnow.

steempioneers got its name from a zealous Nigerian steemians that wants to change the way minnows are being integrated into the steemit platform.

steempioneers has the capabilities experience and skills to make minmows feel comfortable once they get their activation email.

There is a lot we at steempioneers wants to do in order to help minnows. We are looking at giving every minnows that join the platform a 7-days proper training on how to write their introductory post, to using of tags, to lead them to the right discord channels that can help them grow very fast.

We are also looking to vote each minnows for the duration of the 7-days training in order to encourage them to work smart.

There are so many minnows that have given up just first week when they see that their post is not getting the deserved attention, we wants to eradicate that feeling of being left behind by the whole steemit platform, we want to give them that sense of belonging right at the moment that they joined up.

steempioneers has 3 WhatsApp group to cater for minnows.

Though we are new but we wants to be the first that really goes to the grassroot handpicking talents and going on to support them till they can stand on their feets.

We will also make sure their is a weekly contest to which a total of 5 winners will emerge, this contest is going to focus on our growth, as no two winners is going to compete every week. It means if a minnow compete this week and won, then they can't compete next week until after 2weeks, this is to ensure that we distributes the winnings to every minnows.

So in light of this we call on all minnows aid (@minnowbooster @minnowhelper @minnowsupport #airhawk-project @stach #air-clinic) before us to come in massively to help grow the account sp, as we have close to no sp in the account, we are open to suggestions,opinions and donations.

This are the minnows we have given proper trainings when they joined and now they are doing well.
