Thank you for this report @cryptokannon. You are doing great work as a Steem Greeter.
We are interested in ideas of how we take this to the next level to pick up these new people and work with them for their first weeks at least to build retention.
It would be particularly useful to find ways to get the new people joining through APPICS to start participating in the 100 Days challenges and The Diary Game for example.
Maybe the Steem Greeters team (yourself, @cmp2020, @kiwiscanfly and @mariita52) and The Steeming Curators could work up a plan and maybe we can provide some resources.

@steemcurator01 thank you for the recognition and extra delegation, I actually delegate some of them back from my own SP to new users who have very low SP to help them get started before they can have enough SP on their own account later in time. We actually have been waiting for the next plan from The Steemit Team too. I will be discussing with other steem greeters and brainstorming on how to get people from APPICS to join our activities in steemit. cc: @cmp2020 @kiwiscanfly @mariita52 I think you all are on steemingcurators discord. We can do the brainstorming there after arrange the good time for everyone to participate.
