Favourite places in Zagreb #1: Cmrok
I moved to Zagreb, the capital of Croatia, seven years ago, and since then, I´ve been discovering new and beautiful places. Zagreb has so many secrets and hidden gems, so I´ve decided to share them with you!
My first favourite place is definitely Cmrok. Cmrok is a small hill that looks over Zagreb, and it is a part of Upper Town of Zagreb. It has a huge park that is beautiful in the spring, but also very popular in the winter, when the snow falls, for sledding.
Cmrok´s name originates from the word smreka which is Croatian word for spruce.
