@hr is a big whale who generously upvotes many new and existing users on the platform s/he is awesome and mysterious too :) That's all I know about @hr

On the platform there are different levels starting from "plankton" and going all the way up to "whale". Those who have less than 500 steem power are planktons then the next level is minnow ... and it goes up like that. So whales are those on the top :)
