Sort:  

The cachewed dip
1 cup raw unsalted cashews(unless you need sodium)
1/4 cup filtered water
1 tablespoon finely chopped green chile
1.5 teaspoons minced ginger
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Half teaspoon of pink himalayan salt
(I recommend a little bit of ghost pepper for a nice kick)
(Food process until the cashews are no longer discernable)
And then top it off with
2 tablespoons finely chopped chives
And serve.
