The secret to becoming healthier for the rest of your Life if indeed it is really a secret or just known by those who are dedicated enough to realise is in THE 3 C's in no particular order

**Be committed ** to whatever your plan for your particular level may be

Be consistent make sure you stick to the plan in whatever you do whether is learning something ,becoming fitter or whatever only results will happen if we stick at what we do

Be Coach-able with this one it can be a personal trainer at your favourite gym or there can be ways you can work with a coach through a video link or even self coach through watching videos if that is all your budget will allow.

Here is my wife & myself in our local PUREGYM where we do various classes like **Spin Fatburn circuits abs ** since Apr 2017 we have both been going 5-6 days out of every 7 My wife Tracy has dropped a 2 stone (12.7 K.G) & MYSELF i have dropped 1.5 stone (9.52 KG)

We have only made minor changes in our diet to do this so along with the regular exercises it can get the required results .Although we may have a little way still to go I am sure you may well agree with those weight loss figures we are on way to achieve the goals we want .

With the **Coach-able ** part here is my wife's & my coach Robert McEwan from our local **PureGym ** who we both work with for 30 mins a week for Tracy & every 2 weeks for me .

One of the things I particularly like about PureGym is the fact that just like it **Steemit ** from what I have seen ,there are no egos .I have spoken to many people asking questions about there workouts getting a good helpful answer back. I have also seen a guy possibly in his 70s visibly obese men & women Our daughters Kirstie's friend's mum also is there .So what point I am making here is absolutely anyone can go .You just need to push yourself enough to get off the starting blocks

Nice share Shane. Actually starting Pure Gym myself and its the starting that is always the most challenging. good when you have others that you can help you make yourself accountable
